• Once requested, your security system installation will be scheduled at a date and time convenient for you.

What Should I Expect When My Security System is Installed?

• Your local ADT® certified professional will arrive at the scheduled time to install your wireless system.
• The installer will mount your control panel and install your door and/or window sensors. (The system is wireless, so there are no wires to be installed for the sensors.)
• A wireless infrared motion sensor will also be installed in the best location to protect your home. Installing a motion detector in the most vulnerable area is a more affordable option than purchasing window sensors for every window, as it protects up to 25x25 square feet!
• Once all of the components of your new security system have been installed, the alarm monitoring will be activated and diagnostic tests will be performed to ensure the system and two-way voice feature is working properly.
• The ADT® installer will then provide you with a demonstration, and instruct you on using your new system. Your installer will also provide you with the ADT® Homeowner's Insurance Certificate that may save you up to 20%!
